Return and Refund

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, our standard outbound shipping fee will be deducted from the total if a refund is initiated.

Love everything! Bought 3 bundles: 2 organizer bundles, 1 travel bundle and have been loving them. Just a few feedback from using them for a while:
- Bag 2.0: perfect to store all my eyeshadow and lip gloss (those with long tube). I tried to store my blusher but a bit too low and small compactment. Tried to store my lip liners, but too short for them. If we can do the version 2.0 where it can be bigger then it would be perfect.
- Bag 3.0: I used them to store my blushers and lipsticks. However, some of my tall lipsticks could not be stored and have to be in the Bag 2.0. It would be nice for Bag 3.0 to be taller a bit.
- The Multi Bag: almost perfect for my always-on the-go lifestyle, but no place for my dual brushes. Everything else fit in.
Overall, everything has been amazing so far. Highly recommend!!!

Not a makeup artist but I have now purchased two of these bundles because they are perfect. And my makeup collection is getting out of hand so I’ll probably have to buy a third bundle soon!

How long will it take to get my orders?
